Events Lead – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement event strategies that align with business goals across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and other regions.

• Organize third-party conferences, proprietary branded events, and strategic dinners with key clients and prospects.

• Collaborate across departments including sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Craft engaging event messaging that connects with local audiences.

• Oversee event budgets and timelines from start to finish.

• Evaluate event outcomes and offer suggestions for future enhancements.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors throughout the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in events, with a minimum of three years in tech event marketing.

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with proficiency in English.

• Extensive understanding of the LATAM tech landscape and major industry events.

• Experience collaborating with regional event agencies and production partners.

• Residing in Mexico or Argentina.
