This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate remote hiring services, enabling CIEE host employers to interview and recruit from their home office via webcam.
• Supervise various elements of virtual hiring, including assessing host employer requirements for seasonal staff.
• Promote opportunities to potential participants through CIEE’s network of International Representatives located overseas.
• Schedule and oversee the execution of events.
• Ensure that interview documentation is completed prior to virtual events.
• Manage necessary follow-up after events.
• Keep precise hiring records in CIEE’s database.
• Collaborate with CIEE teams, host employers, and international representatives across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate both virtual and in-person hiring events: create calendar invitations, send reminders to participants, and communicate any changes effectively.
• Assign host employer positions, convey requirements to international representatives, and adjust shifts as necessary.
• Provide real-time technical support to all stakeholders during hiring events.
• Actively monitor event participation and ensure pre-interview requirements are fulfilled.
• Deliver professional and consistent customer service to all stakeholders.
• Manage post-event reporting and maintain accurate hiring records in CIEE’s database, including generating and distributing reports to external stakeholders.
• Pursue continuous improvements to both virtual and in-person hiring event processes and annually update training and event materials.
• Train colleagues on web-based hiring services and new procedures as required.
• Conduct interviews for applicants seeking seasonal positions and assist colleagues as needed with related hiring services.
• Oversee teams coordinating the hiring events; meet weekly with team members to ensure hiring targets and standards are met.
• Collaborate with international representatives to ensure enrollments and placements are progressing.
• Analyze data to assess agent hiring service distribution.
• Regularly collaborate with the team to review job inventory, ensuring strategic decisions are made appropriately.
• Work alongside Employer Sales Managers to keep them informed about job inventory, country objectives, and event schedules.
• Update teams on the results of hiring events compared to goals.
• Monitor the popularity of hiring services to ensure adequate staffing.
• Report on the performance of hiring services and hires by service.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of experience in a customer-facing or client management position.
• Preferred experience in event planning and scheduling, with knowledge of virtual event management being an advantage.
• High proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite; Salesforce and advanced Excel experience (e.g., macro development) are preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, gathering information and communicating project directions and statuses.
• Strong multitasking capabilities while managing daily projects and events.
• Availability for some early morning and evening work to accommodate host schedules.
• Occasional travel may be required for overseas hiring events as well as domestic travel.
