This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Maintain and execute an annual calendar of events and webinars that align with business objectives.
• Continuously research relevant fairs, congresses, summits, and forums in Mexico and the United States, including costs, target audience, and participation recommendations.
• Manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and partners: quotes, negotiation, and contracting.
• Coordinate co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities with strategic partners to expand reach and optimize the budget.
• Operate the post-event funnel in the CRM (HubSpot): lists, follow-up, and routing to sales, ensuring no attendee is left unattended.
• Report on the performance of the events channel: registrations, attendance, costs, and business opportunities generated.
• Define the objective (sales or brand positioning), budget, and registration and attendance goals for each event.
• Lead the comprehensive production of the event: logistics, venue, setup, catering, audio and video, registration, agenda, speakers, and coordination with the Design team for invitations and materials.
• Coordinate event promotion with the advertising and content teams.
• Execute the event on-site or live: reception, attendee experience, brand representation, and handling unforeseen issues.
• Close the loop with a results report against the goal, learnings, and delivery of leads to sales with active follow-up.
• 2 to 4 years of experience organizing corporate events, activations, trade shows, or B2B webinars.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, budgets, and logistics from start to finish.
• Proficiency in webinar platforms (Zoom, StreamYard, or similar) and registration management tools.
• Experience with a CRM (ideally HubSpot) to manage post-event follow-up.
• Results-oriented: measure each event by the business it generates, not just by its execution.
• Availability to travel.
• Advanced English skills to coordinate with partners and participate in events in the United States.
• Residence in Mérida or willingness to relocate.
• Hybrid to remote work.
• 12 vacation days in the first year (available after 6 months).

• Major medical expenses and life insurance.
• Collaboration with national and international clients.
• Opportunity to participate in projects across various industries and technologies.
• Growth and professional development plan within the company.
