This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Develop and enhance strategies aimed at maximizing revenue growth.
• Ensure that your direct reports deliver timely and precise technical leadership throughout the sales process.
• Mentor your team members to optimize their performance and prepare them for future opportunities.
• Confirm that the team is documenting opportunities to foster prospect engagement and maintain communication within the team.
• Be data-driven and ensure that we are collecting data for ongoing forecast enhancement.
• Assist your team in achieving technical success within key accounts.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to devise strategies and tactics for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Keep your leadership and the sales leadership team updated on the progression of opportunities and forecast technical successes.
• Achieve all established goals and performance metrics.
• Effectively communicate and present complex solutions to C-level executives.
• Provide market insights to the management team to refine sales strategies and positioning.
• Serve as an escalation point for critical deals during the pre-sales phase.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements and address technical challenges.
• Experience in Enterprise Sales Engineering as a Manager or Senior/Lead Sales Engineer within a SaaS environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Demonstrated experience working alongside a peer Sales Director to achieve successful sales results.
• Extensive knowledge in Databases, Replication, Cloud Warehouses, and APIs.
• Proven capability to lead a team of technically proficient direct reports.
