This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and enhance strategies to optimize revenue growth.
• Ensure that direct reports deliver timely and precise technical guidance throughout the sales process.
• Mentor team members to enhance their performance and prepare them for future career advancements.
• Confirm that the team is documenting opportunities to foster prospect engagements and ensure communication within the team.
• Be data-driven and ensure that we are collecting data for ongoing improvement of forecasts.
• Assist your team in achieving technical success within key accounts.
• Work together with Sales Leadership on strategies and tactics to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
• Inform your leadership and the sales leadership team about the progress of opportunities and forecast technical successes.
• Achieve all established goals and performance metrics.
• Convey and present intricate solutions to C-level executives.
• Relay market insights to the management team to refine sales strategy and positioning.
• Serve as an escalation point for significant deals during the pre-sales phase.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize enhancements and address technical issues.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Sales Engineering as a Manager or Senior/Lead Sales Engineer for a SaaS platform.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Advanced technical expertise.
• Demonstrated experience working alongside a peer Sales Director to jointly achieve successful sales outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge in Databases, Replication, Cloud Warehouses, and APIs.
• Proven capability to lead a team of technically adept direct reports.
