This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Consistently achieve and surpass sales objectives through outstanding team leadership and targeted individual contributions.
• Foster a culture of excellence in account-based execution.
• Establish and uphold rigorous forecasting practices.
• Enhance ACVs, win rates, sales cycle efficiency, and ramp time through effective coaching and alignment with enablement.
• Proactively identify, define, and lead strategic initiatives.
• Act as a vital partner to Marketing, Product, RevOps, Enablement, and Solutions Engineering.
• Shape the product roadmap, messaging, and market strategy.
• Function as a cross-functional liaison to prioritize initiatives that influence win rates, deal velocity, and the enterprise customer decision-making process.
• Serve as a thought leader within the Enterprise program.
• Exhibit executive presence in both internal discussions and customer interactions.
• Establish clear expectations for account-based execution, multi-threading, deal hygiene, and enterprise sales fundamentals.
• Hold the team accountable for activity, impact, and results.
• Implement structured, data-driven performance management to elevate or transition representatives based on consistent performance trends.
• Mentor AEs to become outstanding operators.
• Over 5 years of experience leading quota-carrying enterprise or strategic sales teams, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS setting.
• More than 10 years in quota-carrying sales positions, with a proven record of consistently surpassing targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales motions, including account planning, territory design, and multi-threaded engagement strategies with large organizations.
• Experience in coaching representatives on navigating lengthy, complex sales cycles involving multi-stakeholder buying committees, procurement, legal, and executive-level negotiations.
• Strong analytical and strategic capabilities, with experience in forecasting accuracy, account segmentation, and identifying key levers to enhance win rates and deal velocity at the enterprise level.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and secure alignment on enterprise go-to-market strategies.
• High executive presence with the ability to engage and build trust with C-suite and senior buyer personas.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to lead teams through organizational transformations.
• A history of effective performance management, mentorship, and developing sellers capable of managing strategic, high-value deal cycles.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically about account and territory strategies, and contribute to broader go-to-market planning as the business expands.
