Senior Manager, Enterprise Physical Security, Asset Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement enterprise-level physical security programs across over 400 company sites.

• Enforce corporate security policies, standards, and procedures while ensuring uniform compliance.

• Spearhead enterprise physical security projects and enhancements.

• Provide guidance to senior leadership regarding physical security threats and mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Facilities, HR, Risk Management, Legal, and Executive Leadership.

• Oversee daily physical security operations and coordinate comprehensive security risk assessments.

• Administer access control systems, visitor management solutions, physical identity and access management, and badging protocols.

• Supervise the provisioning, modification, removal, and regular review of physical access rights.

• Manage technologies related to CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, visitor management, and security monitoring.

• Oversee asset protection initiatives for facilities, inventory, equipment, and technological assets.

• Conduct investigations related to theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, and property loss.

• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency response teams.

• Maintain protocols for emergency response and business continuity.

• Assist with security audits, assessments, remediation efforts, budgeting, vendor relations, and contract security services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a similar field; equivalent experience may also be considered.

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in physical security, asset protection, law enforcement, military security, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of leadership experience overseeing enterprise-wide security operations across multiple geographically diverse locations.

• Proven experience supporting large organizations with numerous facilities and varied operational environments.

• Expertise in access control, badging, CCTV, investigations, emergency management, and security technology platforms.

• Experience in developing security standards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing enterprise security initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of physical security, technology security, and business risk management.

• Experience managing security budgets, vendor relationships, and contract security services.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise physical security principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Profound understanding of access control systems, surveillance technologies, alarms, badging systems, and visitor management solutions.

• Familiarity with physical asset protection, loss prevention, investigations, and incident management.

• Knowledge of physical security requirements for technology infrastructure, data centers, and essential business systems.

• Strong skills in risk assessment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, budget oversight, vendor management, leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management.

• Proficiency in security technologies, security reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Capacity to respond effectively during emergencies and high-pressure situations.

• Ability to conduct facility inspections and security evaluations in diverse operational settings.

• Required CISSP certification.

• Required Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first year.

• Valid driver's license with the capability to travel to company locations.

• Commitment to adhering to company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
