This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee global Windows, Linux/UNIX, and hypervisor services that support HPE enterprise operations.
• Merge two teams into a unified organization by integrating processes, tools, and technologies.
• Propel modernization, compliance, operational excellence, and AI-driven automation across OS and hypervisor settings.
• Lead a high-performing global team collaborating with managed service providers.
• Promote platform standardization, lifecycle health, patch compliance, security hardening, and operational readiness.
• Implement AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent operations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to provide reliable, scalable IT services.
• Create and implement strategic roadmaps for complex global OS and virtualization environments.
• Establish a resilient, secure, and scalable enterprise OS and hypervisor foundation.
• Enhance reliability, compliance, patch health, vulnerability remediation, and operational consistency.
• Integrate two teams under a cohesive operating model, processes, standards, and technologies.
• Utilize AI, automation, and analytics to minimize manual effort and enhance service delivery.
• Extensive expertise in enterprise Windows Server, Linux/UNIX platforms, and hypervisor ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience in OS lifecycle management, patch compliance, vulnerability remediation, platform hardening, automation, and operational readiness.
• Strong foundation in automation, observability, monitoring, configuration management, and AI-assisted operations.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic roadmaps for complex global OS and virtualization environments.
• Outstanding collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, managed service providers, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• More than 4 years in leadership roles managing enterprise platform or infrastructure services.
