Senior Manager, Enterprise Infrastructure – Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic direction, operations, and financial oversight of Parexel’s global network infrastructure.

• Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, including overseeing contracts, performance metrics, and escalations.

• Take ownership of and enhance financial management for network, telecom, and AV, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Promote standardization practices across international locations.

• Collaborate with the Security team to ensure network segmentation, voice security, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for significant incidents related to network, voice, and AV systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience, including roles in leadership.

• Extensive experience in managing global network, telecom, and AV settings.

• Strong proficiency in SD-WAN (AT&T or equivalent), Palo Alto firewalls, and Cisco/Meraki (LAN/WLAN).

• Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget oversight.

• Familiarity with regulated environments and alignment with security/compliance standards.

• B.A. or B.S. degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
