This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning for assigned functional areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate, align, and document financial assumptions.
• Perform assessments of financial performance, variance analysis, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Convert intricate data into executive-level summaries that highlight risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.
• Create and sustain financial models and business cases for investment decisions, strategic initiatives, and scenario evaluations.
• Evaluate financial implications and trade-offs, proposing actions that enhance cost efficiency and promote growth.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders in the relevant functions.
• Enhance comprehension of financial impacts, forecast precision, and accountability.
• Spearhead innovations in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) reporting, automation, and related processes.
• Foster collaboration among stakeholders to implement and adopt optimized solutions.
• Direct Strategic Planning processes, maintain supporting models, and prepare presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Propel capital allocation strategies and improvements.
• Collaborate with M&A teams to provide strategic insights for pipeline deals approaching completion.
• Work cross-functionally with the Board of Directors, business leaders, and business partners.
• 8–12 years of progressive financial experience at the Senior Manager level, ideally within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
• Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence and integration phases.
• Competency with SAP financial systems.
• Proficient in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Alteryx and Tableau.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field is required.
