This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Identify and finalize enterprise platform opportunities within Fortune 500 companies.
• Facilitate multi-site and portfolio-wide implementations of CoreSync™.
• Manage complex, multi-year consultative sales processes from qualification to contract signing.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across real estate, facilities, IT, sustainability, and executive leadership.
• Position CoreSync™ as the integration and analytics foundation for enterprise building ecosystems.
• Implement the U.S. commercial strategy for CoreSync™.
• Develop and sustain a robust, qualified pipeline to meet growth objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline assessments, and KPI-driven execution.
• Formulate territory strategies and account plans aimed at enterprise expansion.
• Contribute to scalable sales initiatives and repeatable go-to-market strategies.
• Recruit, empower, and manage strategic partners, including system integrators, VARs, contractors, and technology providers.
• Foster joint business planning, pipeline creation, and revenue growth alongside partners.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships within partner organizations.
• Build a high-performing ecosystem to enhance scalable platform adoption.
• Develop connections with engineering firms, consultants, and design stakeholders.
• Influence building design standards and project specifications.
• Advocate for CoreSync™ as the preferred digital building platform in both new construction and renovation projects.
• Support consultant engagement initiatives, industry events, and educational programs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the U.S. business development team.
• Establish clear performance expectations and enforce accountability.
• Conduct reviews of the pipeline, deals, and forecasts.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of commercial talent.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on growth, ownership, and customer success.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Align internal resources to capitalize on enterprise opportunities.
• Provide market insights to shape product and commercial strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise customers and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in selling complex technology or platform solutions to multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Strong skills in executive communication, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Familiarity with partner-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
