Senior Manager, Endpoint – Trusted Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary security representative for Circle's key leadership stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Physical Security team to ensure integrated protection measures.

• Design and manage security controls for systems that support Circle’s infrastructure.

• Take ownership of Circle's endpoint and mobile security program from start to finish.

• Interact directly with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Travel to Circle's key offices and locations as required.

• Create and implement a roadmap for the ongoing enhancement of security capabilities.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure security controls align with requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security engineers.

• Proven capability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Demonstrated experience in owning and managing an enterprise endpoint and mobile security program.

• Background in securing physical office and co-location environments.

• Familiarity with the unique security requirements of digital asset environments.

• Skilled in conducting risk assessments across both physical and logical security domains.

• Strong collaborative abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a strategic mindset.

• Self-driven and innovative problem-solver capable of working independently.

• Experience in financial services, digital asset management, or financial technology.

• Comprehensive knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
