This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, which includes onboarding programs, site engagement activities, and projects involving multiple sites.
• Design, oversee, and implement process improvements driven by data metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate with various functions and business leaders to synchronize project activities with organizational objectives and talent priorities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on experience and engagement KPIs.
• Supervise the development, standardization, and upkeep of program resources, documentation, guidelines, and tools.
• Conduct site visits, facilitate focus groups, and engage with employees to comprehend and prioritize their needs.
• Keep track of internal and external trends related to employee experience, engagement, onboarding, and talent retention.
• Align workstreams with Talent COE strategies in talent management, employee experience, and leadership development.
• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies, best practices, and benchmarking to enhance deployment practices.
• Assist in enterprise communications regarding program updates, deployments, and significant initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% to various Raytheon locations across the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR a master's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Over 6 years of experience managing programs or large-scale initiatives within HR, Talent Management, or Employee Experience.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering strategic, high-visibility programs.
• Experience in leading multiple programs or projects concurrently from inception to adoption.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for program measurement, reporting, and ongoing improvement.
• High learning agility, emotional intelligence, initiative, and resourcefulness.
• Proficient in leveraging tools and technology, including the O365 Suite.
• CORE Apprentice and/or Champion Level Certificate is preferred, with a keen interest in pursuing advanced CORE training.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
