This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish trusted relationships with managers and leaders while gaining insight into existing decision-making and judgment gaps.
• Cultivate understanding of performance and accountability frameworks, cultural norms, and internal communication practices.
• Recognize trust and context requirements and plan a phased approach for sensitive tasks.
• Enhance systems that define and promote a high-performance culture.
• Convert the concept of “raising the bar” into actionable systems for managers.
• Develop and implement a strategy for internal communications.
• Provide counsel on sensitive, judgment-intensive personnel matters with increasing independence.
• Manage systems that assist managers and leaders in honing their judgment during periods of significant change and growth.
• Create and operationalize enhanced performance accountability and consistency systems.
• Strengthen engagement and organizational health interactions with people managers.
• Collaborate with the HR Operations team and HRBP Lead to advance the People Experience function.
• Over 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in dynamic, high-growth settings, ideally in SaaS and/or Fintech sectors.
• Proven experience in coaching and guiding people managers through complex, high-stakes situations.
• Background in fostering leadership judgment amid transformative changes.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing HR programs or systems from inception.
• Strong business insight, including proficiency with financial data and organizational priorities.
• Experience handling sensitive, high-stakes employee matters with sound independent judgment.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to both frontline managers and senior leadership audiences.
• Expertise in shaping internal communication strategies.
• Strong relationship-building skills and sound judgment for escalation.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in utilizing AI to enhance efficiency for personal tasks, leadership, and the organization.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
