This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the relationship between HR and leaders across functional areas globally.
• Oversee and direct the agenda for people management, change management initiatives, and associated internal communications.
• Serve as an HR consultant for significant talent decisions and share accountability for functional objectives through personnel.
• Assist clients in adopting and leveraging people programs throughout the talent lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global HR subject matter experts in areas such as talent acquisition, development, data and operations, benefits, compliance, and policy.
• Report directly to the Director of Human Resources.
• Act as a knowledgeable and trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR matters.
• Facilitate discussions among management teams and disseminate best practices across functions.
• Identify and prepare development plans for key and high-potential employees.
• Recognize promotion-ready employees and facilitate talent rotation across functions.
• Foster business relationships with internal clients, identifying and addressing gaps and risks.
• Drive enterprise-level talent management processes and localized talent initiatives.
• Deliver HR processes and programs effectively to clients.
• Manage complex HR projects as a subject matter expert while supporting the HRBP team.
• Coach and guide clients on people programs, HR policies, local laws, and best practices.
• Develop organization-specific programs that align with corporate practices and policies.
• Monitor organizational culture and proactively identify potential issues.
• Provide feedback to subject matter experts to inform future program iterations.
• Clearly articulate subtle or complex information, including details about medical benefits.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience partnering with clients in a global HR role, with knowledge of payroll, benefits, DEI, performance management, talent management, and development.
• Required HR employment experience in both the US and Mexico.
• Bilingual, with fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and relevant laws.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple high-priority projects with differing deadlines.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to build credibility, trust, and partnerships at all organizational levels.
• Creative problem-solving skills, including organizational diagnosis and solution development.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment while maintaining confidentiality.
• Systems-thinking approach that balances the needs of the enterprise and local teams.
• Excellent communication, consultative, influencing, and facilitation abilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach aligned with ethical standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven ability to work effectively in on-site, remote, or hybrid settings using video conferencing, collaboration tools, proactive communication, and a professional on-camera presence.
