This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Lead and manage large-scale, intricate Digital Technologies projects.
• Ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Foster collaborative relationships with digital and functional executive sponsors.
• Oversee project timelines, key decisions, resources, budgets, requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive delivery rhythm, momentum, and accountability through Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Demonstrate progress and provide status updates and briefings.
• Create executive-level materials to communicate the value delivered by the project.
• Guide projects through the phase-gated governance framework.
• Maintain a focus on cyber, architecture, and compliance artifacts while securing necessary approvals.
• Handle executive escalations and facilitate critical decision-making.
• Contribute to enhancing and maturing project management services and value management capabilities.
• Travel approximately 20% within the United States.
• Typically requires a university degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 7 years’ experience, or 14+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 5 years of project management experience overseeing Digital Technologies software development or infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 3 years managing large-scale projects that involve complex enterprise systems such as ERP, Payroll, Data Repository, or Engineering systems.
• Over 3 years of experience interfacing and collaborating with concurrent enterprise projects while managing dependencies, resources, and schedules.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and managing schedules using MS Project.
• Experience in a government or large, complex corporate/industrial environment is preferred.
• Expertise in creating visually appealing, executive-level PowerPoint presentations is preferred.
• Experience in developing and managing financial business cases and cost/benefit analyses for Digital Technologies projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrating waterfall and Agile methodologies, including frameworks such as SAFe, is preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, etc.) and SAFe or similar Agile certifications are preferred.
• Approximately 20% travel within the United States is required.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
