Senior Manager – Digital Product, Risk Modeling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction for the development of Risk Modeling products.

• Create product roadmaps and prioritize the development of features.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful launches of products.

• Manage clinical risk models, patient engagement models, and the next best action framework.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and iteration.

• Align product strategies with corporate objectives and manage resources effectively.

• Promote collaboration between product teams and other departments.

• Prioritize and deliver the digital product roadmap.

• Develop technology and product roadmaps to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

• Generate innovative ideas while integrating existing technologies and products, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.

• Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to guide product features and prioritization.

• Establish success metrics and review analytics, competitive landscape, and changing customer needs.

• Facilitate communication across functions and maintain stakeholder relationships.

• Define strategies for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product management within enterprise-level organizations, specifically in digital or analytics.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong passion for driving innovative products from inception to completion.

• Proficient in execution and delivery, including planning, implementation, and support, along with strong business intelligence capabilities.

• Extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration and fostering a positive team culture.

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Strong growth mindset, agility, and commitment to personal and team development.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Preferred: Experience or exposure to applied data science and AI to create impactful and scalable products.

• Preferred: Previous experience in the healthcare sector.

• Certification as a Product Manager (CPM) is preferred.
