Senior Manager – Digital Product, Risk Modeling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction for the development of Risk Modeling products.

• Establish product roadmaps and prioritize the development of features.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful launches of products.

• Manage clinical risk models, patient engagement models, and the next best action framework.

• Supervise the complete product lifecycle, including gathering requirements, design, development, testing, and iteration.

• Align product strategies with business objectives and manage resources effectively.

• Promote collaboration between product teams and other departments.

• Ensure efficient management, prioritization, and delivery of the digital product roadmap.

• Create technology and product roadmaps to enhance visibility of risk and improvement opportunities.

• Generate innovative concepts that align with existing technologies and products while adhering to regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.

• Examine qualitative and quantitative data to guide product features and prioritization.

• Establish success metrics and analyze analytics, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.

• Foster continuous communication across functional units and stakeholder groups.

• Formulate strategy for product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in product management within enterprise-level organizations, particularly in digital or analytics.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for driving innovative products from inception to completion.

• Proficient in execution and delivery (planning, executing, and supporting) along with business intelligence capabilities.

• Significant experience in cross-functional collaboration and fostering a positive team culture.

• Expertise in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Strong growth mindset, agility, and commitment to personal and professional development for oneself and others.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Preferred: experience in applying data science, AI, etc., to create impactful and scalable products.

• Preferred: previous experience in the healthcare sector.

• Certified Product Manager (CPM) is preferred.
