Senior Manager, Digital Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of claims inventory management utilizing Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to steer product strategy, define requirements, manage backlogs, and achieve value realization.

• Convert operational requirements into scalable solutions that enhance claims processing efficiency, automation, and user engagement.

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap.

• Collect requirements for Salesforce applications, backend web services, microservices, APIs, and data mapping.

• Lead user acceptance testing, engage stakeholders, and ensure cross-functional delivery.

• Showcase the Salesforce application and provide training for end users.

• Interpret complex business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.

• Proven track record in leading SAFe and Agile/Scrum product delivery efforts.

• Proficient in gathering requirements and managing backlogs for enterprise-level applications.

• Experience in crafting product roadmaps.

• Skilled in collecting requirements for Salesforce applications, backend web services, microservices, APIs, and data mapping.

• Expertise in driving user acceptance testing, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery.

• Capable of demonstrating Salesforce applications and training end users effectively.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud is essential.

• Strong abilities in requirements elicitation and facilitation.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Competent in translating complex business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Salesforce certifications are preferred.

• Previous experience with Salesforce Health Cloud is preferred.

• Knowledge of Data Cloud is a plus but not mandatory.

• Background in supporting healthcare claims workflows, adjudication, inventory management, or workflow orchestration solutions is preferred.

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is preferred.
