This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• 🎯 Your role with us: **Strategy & Innovation**
• - Create and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue
• - Design and implement (automated) campaigns throughout the entire patient journey to enhance online presence and conversion rates from initial awareness to the conclusion of treatment
• - Discover emerging digital trends in AI, data analytics, and content automation
• - Collaborate closely with both internal and external creative, technical, and marketing teams
• **Social Media & Email Marketing**
• - Plan, execute, and refine social media initiatives and email marketing campaigns
• **SEO, SEA & AI Visibility**
• - Formulate and apply SEO strategies
• - Plan, oversee, and enhance SEA campaigns
• - Monitor and broaden our brand visibility in AI-driven search tools
• - Conduct analyses of keywords, prompts, and competitors to boost visibility
• **Analysis & Performance Management**
• - Regularly assess key performance indicators (traffic, conversion rate, leads, customer journey) and compile reports
• - Correlate various data points to develop actionable insights
• - Establish data-driven actions and optimization recommendations
• **Website Management & Conversion Optimization**
• - Independently enhance the website: its structure, content, user experience, and loading speeds
• - Establish, maintain, and further develop tracking setups (GTM, GA4, Search Console)
• - Improve user flows and drive targeted conversion optimization
• **Digital Content & Design**
• - Create and design content for the website and social media in partnership with content teams
• - Develop content strategies based on performance evaluations
• 👤 What you need to bring:
• - A degree in marketing, communications, media management, or a related discipline
• - A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing (DTC or eCommerce), with a focus on performance, SEO/SEA, and website optimization
• - Demonstrated success in formulating and executing marketing strategies, as well as in establishing digital brands
• - Familiarity with conversion optimization and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• - Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and CMS systems (notably HubSpot, React Bricks)
• - A strong sense of creative understanding for brand representation, design, and visual storytelling
• - Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities
• - Strong analytical skills, with a structured, solution-oriented approach, and a collaborative spirit
• - Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
