This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Take ownership and prioritize the roadmap for front-office applications, which includes e-commerce, customer portals, and shared services platforms, ensuring alignment with business value and capacity.
• Drive the execution and delivery of front-office initiatives, ensuring predictable results in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and operational performance.
• Convert enterprise strategy into domain-specific roadmaps and structured delivery plans, addressing priorities, capacity, and dependency trade-offs within the front-office domain.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the health, availability, performance, and delivery results of front-office applications.
• Collaborate with business leaders and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to gather demand and make prioritization choices within the front-office domain, ensuring that scope, trade-offs, and delivery expectations are clear and transparent.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in leading application delivery and operations within a manufacturing or enterprise setting.
• Proven track record of delivering digital applications aimed at customers or employees at an enterprise scale.
• Extensive experience managing relationships with vendors and system integrators, achieving measurable delivery results.
• Capability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment without direct authority over all team members involved.
