Senior Manager, Digital Consulting – Oracle HCM Solution Architect, Core HR

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

• Ensure that business needs are aligned with a scalable system architecture.

• Guide clients through their implementation and transformation projects.

• Facilitate collaboration between functional and technical teams while providing architectural oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 6-10 years of experience in cloud implementations within a consulting environment.

• 2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical expert.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
