This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Identify, propose, and establish new advertiser partnerships within high-growth sectors such as Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, Utilities, Subscription, and Emerging Consumer Apps.
• Manage the entire demand-side sales process, which includes prospecting, discovery, value positioning, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of valuable prospects through outbound initiatives, networking, referrals, conferences, and targeted market research.
• Collaborate with advertisers to grasp their KPIs and growth objectives, aligning AdAction’s performance solutions with their aims.
• Act as a senior commercial leader, assisting management in monitoring the performance, pacing, and overall health of AdAction’s US demand revenue organization.
• Provide support for the daily management and enhancement of various revenue channels, including direct outbound sales, affiliate and intermediary partnerships, as well as strategic inbound opportunities.
• Ensure effective opportunity progression, pipeline accountability, and revenue transparency across all sales efforts.
• Serve as a key coordination point for ongoing US revenue initiatives, facilitating swift and disciplined GTM execution.
• Cultivate expertise in specific categories and identify new vertical expansion opportunities through ongoing market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Contribute to shaping advertiser strategies, pricing suggestions, packaging opportunities, and overarching commercial GTM priorities.
• Function as a senior commercial advisor to pinpoint areas where AdAction can stimulate additional demand growth.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Solutions, Marketing, and Product teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, launch readiness, and sustained advertiser success. Maintain precise revenue forecasts and disciplined pipeline management within HubSpot.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, affiliate marketing, or demand-side ad tech sales, with a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• A strong existing network of advertisers and partners within both Gaming and Non-Gaming sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of paid acquisition channels, ROAS modeling, quality metrics, attribution, user acquisition optimization, and advertiser KPIs.
• Strong commercial instincts with the capability to think beyond individual transactions and contribute to broader sales systems and GTM enhancements.
• Experience in managing multiple revenue streams or partner channels concurrently.
• Proficiency in AI concepts and applications related to measurement, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex growth solutions to marketing teams, user acquisition leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Residing in the Denver, Chicago, or Austin areas.
