Senior Manager, Demand Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position is accountable for transforming CoderPad’s marketing expenditures into a consistent and measurable sales pipeline.

• Spearhead the strategy and implementation of initiatives aimed at attracting and converting demand.

• Collaborate closely with Campaigns, Events, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.

• Ensure the appropriate audiences receive the correct message through optimal channels.

• Convert these efforts into tangible revenue results.

• Manage the distribution strategy, channel performance, budget optimization, and pipeline outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or pipeline marketing (SaaS experience preferred).

• Demonstrated experience managing paid budgets and forecasting pipeline outcomes.

• Practical expertise in paid social, paid search, and account-based marketing (ABM).

• Comfortable collaborating across functions while being accountable for results.

• Possess an analytical, pragmatic, and revenue-focused mindset.

• Experience functioning as a senior individual contributor.
