Senior Manager, Delivery Services – Remote Deposit Capture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team tasked with the consultation, implementation, and escalation of both new and existing customer software implementations.

• Recruit personnel and conduct staff forecasting.

• Oversee performance, facilitate skills development, and provide mentoring.

• Address client escalations effectively.

• Ensure resources are maintained at acceptable levels of chargeable and productive utilization.

• Collaborate with Client Services to enhance efficiencies and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.

• Deliver in-depth technical support for applications, including project troubleshooting and related tasks.

• Inspire, retain, and develop team members.

• Build cohesive teams and define the vision and direction for both the team and business segment.

• Take responsibility for team performance outcomes.

• Identify challenges at the group level and propose as well as implement solutions.

• Tackle complex business problems through financial, technological, and human resource management strategies.

• Implement, test, and support Deluxe software and its components.

• Align strategies and objectives with solution outcomes across peers, teams, business partners, and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems with 5 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED accompanied by 9 years of experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of related experience is preferred.

• At least 3 years of management experience is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• High proficiency in implementing, testing, and supporting service delivery software and its components.

• Experience within a modified agile scrum framework is essential.

• Outstanding analytical, customer service, detail-oriented, and administrative skills.

• Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations while managing changing, competing, and conflicting priorities.

• Capability to multitask while balancing urgency, speed, precision, and consistency.

• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office products.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
