Senior Manager, Data Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a high-performing data science team that operates at the crossroads of blockchain, intelligence, and machine learning — harmonizing individual contributions with strategic direction.

• Drive technical advancements across a varied technology stack (e.g., Airflow, BigQuery, Kafka, Python), ensuring that our data models and pipelines scale effectively and with precision.

• Collaborate across various functions with engineering, product, and intelligence teams to convert raw blockchain data into insights that enhance TRM’s products and customer experiences.

• Contribute to making TRM the industry leader in blockchain attribution, establishing new benchmarks for accuracy, trust, and usability in blockchain data.

• Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent — playing a vital role in advancing the team's technical and product expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in managing data science or machine learning teams.

• Demonstrated experience with large-scale data systems (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).

• Strong programming capabilities in Python and familiarity with production coding practices (git, testing, notebooks).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering), with an advanced degree preferred.
