This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and acquisition of external data sources for mobile identity and phone intelligence solutions.
• Spot market opportunities and forge data partnerships that enhance product differentiation and foster long-term growth.
• Establish and oversee relationships with data suppliers throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, legal, compliance, finance, and technology teams.
• Facilitate supplier due diligence, data evaluations, and onboarding processes.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract development with legal and business stakeholders.
• Manage the transition of new data assets from evaluation through implementation and operational handoff.
• Track supplier performance and handle ongoing governance, issues, renewals, and contract-related decisions.
• Create business cases, recommendations, and status reports for prioritization and executive decision-making.
• Ensure acquisition efforts comply with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Risk Management is preferred.
• At least 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven expertise in mobile identity and phone intelligence on a global scale.
• Practical understanding of data sources, market dynamics, and use cases across various regions.
• Established connections and experience collaborating with mobile network operators, telecom carriers, and related partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements across multiple countries and industries governing phone numbers and phone intelligence data.
• Experience in negotiating contracts, including commercial and contractual terms with external partners and suppliers.
• Proven track record in managing multiple external data and vendor relationships of varying sizes and scopes.
• Responsibility for the P&L associated with external data and vendor relationships.
• Strong skills in research, financial analysis, and business analysis/support.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, issues, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
