This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the principal architect of Customer Success (CS) operational infrastructure.
• Take responsibility for operational frameworks, architecture for renewal motions, CS platform infrastructure, and the data governance model.
• Collaborate closely with CS leadership to operationalize, adopt, and continuously enhance CS workflows, platform configurations, and KPI data infrastructure.
• Identify risks, implement renewal strategies, gather data, and drive expansion initiatives.
• Proven leader in CS Operations with extensive platform knowledge (Gainsight, Totango, or similar).
• Ability to design strategic processes effectively.
• Strong instincts for data governance.
• Leadership capabilities to foster cross-functional alignment among CS, Sales, RevOps, and Analytics.
