This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage relationships with key customers and spearhead co-marketing initiatives, including case studies, collaborative webinars, co-presentations, and joint public relations efforts.
• Develop the case study and thought leadership framework to support Sales with proof points and highlight successes in emerging verticals.
• Oversee the customer marketing budget, maintain vendor relationships, and provide reports on program effectiveness and pipeline impact.
• Design and implement programs such as Jump Club, referrals, reviews, and community engagement.
• Establish and facilitate a Customer Advisory Board along with user group activities.
• Create systems for recognition and rewards to transform satisfied customers into public advocates.
• Build and manage a structured customer reference program, encompassing intake, approval, scheduling, and maintenance of references.
• Collaborate with Sales to address reference requests and mitigate potential deal delays.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, and renewal communication strategies.
• Work alongside Customer Success to develop upsell/cross-sell playbooks, campaigns, and on-site events.
• Prepare QBR support materials and nurture programs at the account level to drive revenue growth.
• Establish the customer marketing function by launching case studies and thought-leadership campaigns, ensuring reference readiness, and scaling advocacy programs.
• 5+ years of experience in building or scaling a customer marketing function within a high-growth B2B software organization, preferably from an early-stage company.
• Proven ability to create customer marketing strategies and programs, rather than merely executing pre-existing plans.
• In-depth knowledge of customer marketing best practices, including reference and advocacy programs, G2, customer communities, and AI-driven case study and reference development.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create content and foster relationships with senior stakeholders in major enterprise and financial services sectors.
• Demonstrated success in getting Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to embrace new programs or processes.
• Experience in a Series A–C company or a similarly dynamic setting is a plus.
• Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management is advantageous.
