This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership to ensure the implementation of professional growth opportunities.

• Create, uphold, and communicate clear and equitable pathways for staff advancement.

• Continuously monitor staff satisfaction, morale, and engagement through ongoing mechanisms.

• Establish feedback systems that enable staff to provide ongoing input regarding culture, processes, and workplace experiences.

• Conduct and analyze exit interviews to capture valuable institutional knowledge.

• Develop meaningful structures to celebrate contributions and milestones.

• Maintain and update the workplace guidebook and culture playbook.

• Lead the Care Practices team, shifting the focus from individual care to collective well-being.

• Implement comprehensive staff surveys to assess the health of the internal culture.

• Execute the First 90 Days check-in process for all new employees.

• Oversee the implementation of the annual performance review process.

• Act as the primary contact for accommodation requests.

• Master Implementer: Derives deep satisfaction from taking action.

• Grounded in Praxis: Utilizes Black feminist frameworks, queer and anti-capitalist approaches, and embodied practices in daily organizational operations.

• Somatic Practice: Possesses experience or a strong commitment to somatic practices and an understanding of how nervous system regulation affects organizational health.

• Operational Rigor: Exhibits high attention to detail.

• Discretion and Boundaries: Capable of handling sensitive information with care while preserving the integrity of the organizational culture.

• Collaborative Bridge: Comfortable translating external HR strategies into internal practices without owning HR strategy or advisement.
