Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop external market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and conduct industry research to guide growth and investment strategies.

• Perform continuous competitive analysis, monitoring competitor positioning, product developments, and market dynamics.

• Collect, validate, and present essential business metrics for review by executives and leadership.

• Collaborate with the VP of Strategy to prepare materials for executive and leadership business evaluations.

• Investigate and assess potential growth avenues, including M&A targets, market sizing, and competitive analysis.

• Assist in Private Equity transaction processes, including the creation of documentation, organization, and program management.

• Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses and develop business cases as necessary.

• Collaborate across departments to collect necessary data.

• Function within the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the VP of Strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or a similar analytical field.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• An MBA or progress toward obtaining one is advantageous.

• Proven ability to independently source, structure, and analyze data from both internal and external sources.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in building financial or market models.

• Capability to transition between detailed tactical data tasks and high-level strategic storytelling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfort in presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.

• Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work core East Coast business hours.
