This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organization's long-term goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to offer strategic financial insights and facilitate high-level decision-making.
• Supervise consolidated budgeting, enterprise-wide financial planning, data-driven forecasting, and financial modeling efforts.
• Perform thorough financial analyses to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and deliver executive financial reports that monitor company-wide KPIs, analyze variances, and propose actions to senior management and the board.
• Work in partnership with Accounting, Treasury, HR, IT, and business unit leaders to enhance alignment and decision-making across the organization.
• Drive improvements in financial processes to boost the efficiency, accuracy, and impact of FP&A.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing FP&A team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated capability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively with peers and executive leadership.
• Strong ability to manage complex projects and achieve results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills and expertise in Excel.
• Proficient in translating complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Proven success in influencing decision-making at the executive level.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, Alteryx, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of pharmacy economics in retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmaceutical contexts is preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Candidates must reside in one of the designated eligible U.S. states.
• Capability to work at a computer terminal for extended periods and meet the specified physical requirements.
• Competitive salary range of $140,800 - $176,000.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
