This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of retail brand contracts, including execution, modifications, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure that contracts adhere to company policies, legal standards, and established contracting guidelines.
• Track contract obligations, critical dates, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Resolve contract-related issues and escalate risks when necessary.
• Collaborate with business, procurement, finance, legal, and operational teams during contract negotiations and administration.
• Evaluate contract terms to identify business, financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Analyze contract data and reports to uncover trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process enhancements.
• Establish and maintain contract administration procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives through automation and intelligence tools.
• Assist with audits, compliance assessments, and reporting on contractual obligations.
• Maintain contract management systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of contract records.
• Manage additional ad-hoc requests as assigned.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, sourcing, legal operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting intricate commercial, supplier, or vendor agreements is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong skills in collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing data to recognize trends and inform business decisions.
• Familiarity with contract administration principles, risk management, and commercial agreements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven attention to detail, organizational skills, and execution capabilities.
• A growth mindset emphasizing continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• CPCM or a related contract management certification is preferred.
• Must have the ability to work remotely within Eastern or Central time zones.
