Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties featured on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, focusing on images, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies (yield management) to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle bookings and foster guest relations, including communication, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Operate the business via the ALB platform and respond to inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.

• Cultivate a portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program to earn commissions based on their performance.

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant industries is beneficial.
