Operations Manager, Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, including images, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle reservations and guest relations, encompassing communication, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and connect with new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Expand a portfolio of managed properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers via a referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.
