Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, manage, and refine property listings, incorporating images, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies (yield management) to maximize revenue.

• Handle bookings and foster positive guest relations.

• Manage guest communications, check-in processes, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners who are interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Oversee operations utilizing the ALB platform.

• Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of properties.

• Recruit City Managers under your guidance, where applicable.

• Status as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Strong ability to persuade property owners and establish trust-based relationships.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or another relevant industry is preferred.

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
