Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, focusing on photos, descriptions, and SEO techniques.

• Apply dynamic pricing and yield management approaches to maximize revenue.

• Handle reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Manage communication, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Administer and track business performance via the ALB platform.

• Expand the portfolio of managed properties.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.
