Operations Manager, Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, publish, and refine listings, including images, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing through yield management techniques.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Monitor and manage the business utilizing the ALB platform.

• Potentially establish a team of City Managers via the sponsorship program.
