Operations Manager – Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and optimize property listings, focusing on photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential.

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Handle communication, check-ins, and resolve any disputes that may arise.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams in between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Monitor and manage the business operations via the ALB platform.

• Delegate portfolio management tasks to the ALB network during periods when you are unavailable.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions based on their performance.
