• The Senior Manager, Content Strategy will play a crucial role in determining the instructional content and learning materials that the organization should create, ensuring that this content delivers measurable value for learners utilizing TPR and Tutor.com.
• This position involves identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities to enhance both digital and print content experiences, shaping the strategic roadmap that directs content development throughout the product portfolio.
• Operating at the convergence of Product and Content, the Senior Manager partners with cross-functional leaders to bring impactful content initiatives to fruition.
• This role is responsible for developing and maintaining the content roadmap and acts as the executional lead for content quality and the overall learner content experience across TPR and Tutor.com.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in content strategy, content operations, product management, or a related area, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven ability to create and manage a content roadmap, translating strategic priorities into well-defined, actionable initiatives.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities, with a track record of utilizing data and qualitative insights to pinpoint content opportunities and make prioritization decisions.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across Product, Editorial, and Operations without direct authority.
• In-depth knowledge of content systems, content development workflows, and methodologies for process improvement.
• Familiarity with test preparation, educational publishing, or digital learning products is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to distill complex information and foster alignment across various teams and leadership levels.
• Experience in managing direct reports and facilitating professional development is preferred.
