• Develop, revise, publish, and manage website content across TDS digital platforms.
• Ensure content integrity, brand consistency, accessibility, and compliance with established content standards and guidelines.
• Oversee and maintain a comprehensive inventory of website content, ensuring that outdated or redundant materials are evaluated and updated or eliminated as needed.
• Act as the main user and subject matter expert for the CMS, facilitating efficient content workflows and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to plan and implement content updates that align with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Manage the website content calendar, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and approvals to guarantee timely publication.
• Convert business requirements into clear content updates and publishing strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content production and publishing through process improvements and the strategic use of AI and automation tools.
• Represent the business unit for content-centric initiatives, including privacy, security, and regulatory adjustments.
• Work with legal, compliance, and internal governance teams to evaluate the content implications of new or changing regulations and ensure timely and accurate updates.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and documentation related to digital content compliance as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Over 4 years of progressive experience in creating and managing web content.
• At least 1 year of experience working with a Content Management System (CMS).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across an organization.
• Knowledge of telecom services and technology.
• Proficient in utilizing AI to optimize and automate repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language).
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
