• Translate the brand awareness strategy set by the VP of Brand into a practical organic content roadmap across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, editorial platforms, and community engagement.
• Define and enhance the content pillar framework, including Ingredient Authority, Customer Transformation, Health Education, Behind the Brand, and Trend Response.
• Link organic content activities to business results, such as reducing CAC, increasing branded search, growing direct traffic, and enhancing earned media value.
• Oversee organic content workstreams for new product launches and brand initiatives.
• Manage the organic content engine on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, aiming for 20-25 platform-native pieces weekly at scale.
• Supervise the Social Media Manager and Content Creator in generating platform-native video, static, and carousel content.
• Ensure that content quality achieves algorithmic reach based on value, hook strength, and watch-through rates, rather than budget constraints.
• Develop a responsive trend capability that allows the team to react swiftly to cultural moments while maintaining brand voice.
• Create an editorial content strategy that establishes Stonehenge Health as a credible authority in health and wellness.
• Manage the blog editorial calendar from start to finish, which includes topic selection, brief development, writer assignment, editing cycles, and publication timing.
• Develop ingredient storytelling and clinical narrative content that reinforces the brand’s clinically proven positioning.
• Foster a customer community and implement direct audience engagement programs that transform satisfied customers into brand advocates.
• Initiate live, AMA, and Q&A programs that build direct audience relationships and uncover voice-of-customer insights.
• Create a user-generated content collection, rights management, and amplification strategy in collaboration with the Influencer Manager.
• Oversee the Brand Outreach Producer in executing the iHUT (in-home user testing) and customer testimonial programs that produce genuine on-camera testimonials, video assets, and product feedback for marketing and product development.
• Establish in-house content studio capabilities and production workflows to support the high-volume, fast-turn content cadence required for organic platforms.
• Decrease reliance on external production partners by scaling internal capacity for filming, editing, and post-production.
• Maintain the brand asset library, b-roll library, and content archive for reuse and repurposing.
• Collaborate with Product Development on iHUT recruitment criteria, study protocols, and FTC compliance for testimonial collection.
• Lead a content team consisting of three members: Brand Outreach Producer, Social Media Manager, and Content Creator, with plans to expand to four to six by the end of 2026.
• Cultivate a team culture focused on quality, creativity, platform-native strategies, and high-output iteration.
• Establish content review and feedback processes that uphold quality while enabling speed and high publishing frequency.
• Collaborate with the Influencer Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Copy Director, Creative Director, Director of Product Marketing, and Consumer Insights Lead on cross-functional initiatives that drive organic content performance.
• Work with the SEO and GEO Content Strategist on keyword research, search optimization, and Generative Engine Optimization inputs to inform editorial decisions.
• 7-10+ years of experience in developing organic content programs at DTC consumer brands within health, wellness, beauty, or consumables sectors.
• A hands-on builder with a portfolio showcasing platform-native content that achieved organic reach and built an audience without paid distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a content team and drive high-volume, platform-native output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Experience in editorial leadership, including ownership of blog calendars, long-form content strategies, and content production workflows.
• Proven experience in community building across social platforms, with a preference for exposure to emerging platforms such as Reddit, Discord, and Substack.
• Strong knowledge of FTC compliance for supplement, health, or wellness content.
• Background in collaborating with creative, copy, and influencer teams in a fast-paced content environment.
• Remote-first mindset with the capacity to lead distributed teams effectively; preference for candidates located within driving distance of Los Angeles, CA.
• A hands-on content creator who can produce content and enhance the work of others.
• Platform-native; possesses an understanding of algorithm dynamics, format conventions, and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Quality-driven; recognizes that authentic content creation requires patience and a long-term investment approach.
• A strong cross-functional collaborator who can effectively partner with brand, creative, copy, influencer, and SEO teams.
