• Identify, research, and reach out to influencers that align with the brand across various niches and audiences.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
• Negotiate collaborations, partnerships, barter agreements, and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations for campaigns with influencers.
• Review influencer content prior to publication to ensure it meets brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organize an influencer database consisting of active and potential collaborators.
• Create, launch, and optimize campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Instagram + Facebook) and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to targeting, creatives, and budgets as necessary.
• Track campaign metrics and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Support growth of the online shop through effective paid advertising strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Designer to organize and plan social media content.
• Contribute innovative ideas for reels, TikToks, campaigns, and trending content.
• Assist in structuring monthly content plans that align with the brand strategy.
• Stay informed about TikTok, Instagram, and digital trends pertinent to the wellness/beverage industry.
• Write briefs, content ideas, captions, and creative direction for campaigns and videos.
• Provide biweekly and monthly reports detailing campaign and social media performance.
• Analyze content and ad performance to inform marketing decisions.
• Offer recommendations and growth opportunities based on data and outcomes.
• Over 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Experience in coordinating influencers, creators, or UGC collaborations.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
• Creative thinking skills combined with a solid grasp of performance metrics and growth strategies.
• Experience in planning social media content calendars or campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience with US-based brands or audiences is a significant advantage.
• Background in wellness, beverage, CPG, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
