Senior Manager, Commercial Monetization – Yield

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Continuously oversee and enhance traffic distribution, buyer payout thresholds, and dynamic pricing frameworks to optimize revenue per session and gross margin.

• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to improve intent prediction models, buyer allocation strategies, and yield-maximizing algorithms.

• Evaluate buyer rejection rates, identify integration bottlenecks, and assess partner ROI.

• Modify real-time traffic routing guidelines and tiering approaches.

• Serve as the internal commercial operator for Data Science initiatives.

• Convert marketplace dynamics and unit economics into practical SQL/Looker data models and engineering specifications.

• Create and sustain operational yield dashboards, tiering performance monitors, and dynamic bidding analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in performance ad monetization, marketplace yield management, or digital referral monetization.

• Experience at MediaAlpha, QuinStreet, or comparable insurance/financial platforms is highly desirable.

• Proficient technical analytics skill set with demonstrated expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.

• Established experience working alongside Data Science / Machine Learning teams on bidding logic, algorithmic tiering, or yield optimization.

• Strong business insight with a thorough understanding of performance marketing unit economics, including CPA, CPC, CPL, and marginal yield.

• Background in digital marketing, encompassing familiarity with performance marketing strategies, audience targeting, and analytics.

• Solid understanding of insurance carriers, products, and distribution models is preferred.

• Candidates must be located in the United States; hiring is not supported in California or Massachusetts.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
