This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain oncology regimen templates, decision support resources, treatment algorithms, clinical guidance, educational materials, and related content.

• Oversee disease and drug evaluations while offering clinical expertise for Value Pathways, P&T, regimen standardization, and physician governance.

• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to ensure content is based on evidence, achievable, and in alignment with Network priorities.

• Guarantee clinical accuracy, consistency, and patient safety across assigned content.

• Track emerging therapies, evidence, guidelines, and treatment trends that influence Network practices.

• Convert clinical intelligence into content priorities, governance recommendations, and strategies for adoption.

• Design scalable, technology-enabled tools, workflows, educational resources, and frameworks for implementation.

• Assess and enhance AI-assisted content processes, technology solutions, and clinical guidance aligned with workflows.

• Examine workflows, utilization, and stakeholder feedback to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.

• Define reporting requirements, success metrics, and value metrics in collaboration with analytics teams.

• Leverage data and stakeholder insights to prioritize tasks and refine content strategies.

• Redesign, automate, simplify, or eliminate low-value and high-effort processes.

• Lead multi-stakeholder projects involving clinical, technical, operational, and physician partners.

• Formulate and implement project plans for strategic clinical initiatives.

• Facilitate decision-making, foster consensus, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

• Provide guidance on clinical content, implementation, and adoption while balancing quality, feasibility, timing, and stakeholder requirements.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and work plans for Clinical Content programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent, typically requiring 4+ years of relevant experience.

• An active pharmacist license is mandatory.

• At least 4 years of experience in clinical healthcare, preferably in oncology pharmacy.

• Proficiency in oncology regimens, evidence assessment, clinical pathways, EHR workflows, and clinical content development.

• Proven project leadership and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to simplify complex clinical information for diverse audiences.

• A Doctor of Pharmacy degree is highly preferred.

• Board certification, preferably as a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist.

• Completion of a post-doctorate pharmacy residency.

• Familiarity with the adoption of emerging therapies and technology-enabled or AI-assisted clinical workflows.

• Experience in analytics, performance reporting, process improvement, change management, or structured implementation.

• Expertise in oncology clinical practices.

• Strong strategic thinking and clinical intelligence.

• Skills in technology and workflow optimization.

• Ability to lead and influence across functions.

• Proficient in data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
