This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage your sales pipeline from start to finish—ranging from prospecting to closing and expansion.
• Generate your own opportunities by building the pipeline through outbound efforts.
• Engage and identify key decision-makers within marketing, brand, and creative teams.
• Lead discussions and presentations to secure new business.
• Progress opportunities with clarity, urgency, and effective follow-through.
• Identify growth opportunities across teams, regions, and workstreams to expand accounts.
• Transition engagements into more integrated and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain thorough CRM records and provide accurate weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with Markacy, Futureman, and 24 Seven to co-sell and broaden opportunities.
• Facilitate consultative discussions that link business challenges to creative solutions.
• Guide clients throughout the entire creative process—from briefing and positioning to execution and delivery.
• Construct and present proposals and pitch narratives alongside Creative Directors and Strategists.
• Position SketchDeck as a strategic partner in creativity, rather than merely a delivery service.
• Clearly communicate how creative outputs—branding, campaigns, digital experiences, and content—yield measurable results.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Directors, and Operations to accurately scope work from the outset.
• Ensure smooth transitions to delivery with clear briefs and aligned expectations.
• Return market and client insights to enhance offering development.
• Coordinate with Operations early on regarding resources and timelines to keep ambitions achievable.
• 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles within a creative agency, with a background in selling creative services.
• A proven history of meeting and exceeding quotas (preferably $2M+ annually).
• Experience in building pipelines through outbound prospecting.
• Strong creative fluency—ability to discuss branding, campaigns, digital experiences, content, and production comfortably.
• Familiarity with creative tools and workflows (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, digital/web production).
• Proficient in leading client presentations and pitches, with a track record of securing business.
• Experience in scoping, pricing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) for deals ranging from $100K to $1M+.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and nurture relationships over time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, direct, and confident.
• Experience navigating conversations with executives and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Capability to collaborate across creative, strategy, and operations to create solutions that are both compelling and feasible.
