This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main client service liaison for Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing, providing additional support across their product range by managing service-related inquiries, requests, and resolving issues with prompt and effective responses.
• Take ownership of daily service execution for assigned accounts, ensuring reliable, timely delivery while adhering to established service standards and processes.
• Aid in the ongoing maintenance and growth initiatives by coordinating deliverables, managing updates, and ensuring that tools, reports, and outputs remain accurate, current, and aligned with client requirements.
• Guarantee data accuracy and consistency through regular quality checks and scheduled updates of both syndicated and custom tools and deliverables.
• Engage with clients in a consultative manner to gain insights into business objectives, priorities, and success metrics, closely collaborating with the Client Insights team to translate these needs into actionable plans and solutions.
• Collaborate across various functions including analytics, technology, delivery, and offshore teams to coordinate execution, troubleshoot issues, and efficiently resolve complex client requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on tools, platforms, and processes to facilitate ongoing client enablement and issue resolution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, training, and the overall client experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in client service, analytics, data support, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a consultative manner.
• Capacity to prioritize and independently manage multiple tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend work as required by business needs.
• Experience with syndicated data or retail analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, data, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
