Senior Manager, Client Sales & Insights

📋 Description

• Support and manage the collaboration with a new Circana client, a leading entity in the Refrigerated Beverage sector.

• Primarily engage with the client’s consumer insights, analytics, and sales divisions.

• Utilize point-of-sale and receipt panel data to generate actionable insights and comprehensive recommendations.

• Analyze and interpret data, converting it into significant solutions for clients.

• Deliver coherent, actionable, and fact-based data along with recommendations that align with the business objectives of the client.

• Offer analytical solutions and business insights that address gaps and opportunities within the business.

• Identify business challenges and opportunities, proposing suitable analytical solutions utilizing Circana’s UNIFY platform and related tools.

• Pose questions to challenge assumptions and question the current state.

• Integrate information into project frameworks that deliver solutions for clients.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with clients, client solutions teams, cross-functional organizations, and business partners.

• Tailor communication to suit the appropriate level or function.

• Interact with C-level executives.

• Develop and sustain a profound understanding of customer requirements.

• Assist clients in uncovering solutions to previously unrecognized challenges.

• Communicate proactively with client-facing teams and seek feedback.

• Track and coordinate multiple workstreams across various clients while managing time and resources in the face of shifting priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields.

• Experience in marketing and/or sales within a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or similar organizations utilizing syndicated POS and Panel data.

• Proven expertise in converting data and analysis into pertinent implications.

• Familiarity with syndicated data.

• Strong project management and process-oriented skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Capable of engaging clients in a consultative manner while assisting with content deliverables.
