Manager, Client Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage all audit functions from initiation to completion.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

• Review and address auditor inquiries, including those related to rebates.

• Investigate and resolve audit findings and questions specific to claims.

• Monitor audit progress and ensure that all deliverables are completed punctually.

• Identify weaknesses in controls and suggest enhancements to processes.

• Elevate issues to senior management when appropriate.

• Keep precise documentation of all communications and audit-related activities.

• Supervise several intricate client-requested rebate audits.

• Manage the entire audit process and guarantee accurate, timely responses regarding pharmacy rebates.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in auditing or pharmacy rebates.

• Solid understanding of pharmacy rebates.

• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt swiftly.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure with clients and auditors.

• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on follow-through.

• Experience in project management is preferred.

• Familiarity with rebates is preferred.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce is preferred.

• CPA, CIA, or MBA credentials are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
