This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead and oversee a team of Client Advocate professionals by providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Supervise daily team operations to ensure high productivity, quality service, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify training requirements and offer professional development opportunities.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively resolve any issues or concerns.
• Understand clients’ business needs, goals, and challenges to deliver customized solutions and guidance.
• Manage daily product sales activities.
• Coordinate bi-weekly CAM team meetings with the Director of Revenue Operations.
• Share best practices and innovative ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients regarding product lead times.
• Assist in scheduling client and prospect meetings with the Account Team.
• Influence a specified dollar amount of pipeline on a monthly basis.
• Attend and host territory networking events to boost attendance.
• Conduct account mapping with top-tier partners.
• Create opportunities in SFDC when the AE is in the field.
• Submit deal registrations and follow up on open opportunities.
• Participate in company sales campaigns and SPIFs.
• Attend joint sales meetings with assigned AEs.
• Collaborate with assigned AEs for customer sales planning.
• Attend partner and NRI sales training sessions.
• Assist with the post-sales order processes for products and services.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an account management role within the IT consulting industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
• Documented success in prospecting and selling.
• Experience in supporting Account Executives in selling services and solutions.
• Familiarity with interfacing with C-suite and/or Director-level professionals.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of empathy and dedication to client success.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of the organization’s industry, products, or services.
• Experience in managing teams or leading cross-functional client initiatives.
